In 2013, the Company set up a new production named Enping HUANAN HEAVY INDUSTRY Technology Co., Ltd. in Enping City, Guangdong Province, covering an area of more than 50,000m2, and with the registered capital of RMB 10.80 million Yuan, the fixed assets of more than RMB 40.00 million Yuan, and more than 170 employees, including 6 employees with senior professional titles (1 forging engineer, 1 heat treatment engineer, and 2 oil circuit engineers), 10 employees with junior professional titles, and the professional technicians with the college degree or above and the skilled workers accounting for more than 70% of the enterprise employees. The Company is mainly engaged in manufacturing of the complete extruder equipment used in copper and aluminum profile extrusion forming industry, and the relevant accessories. With strong technical power, complete supporting equipment, and strict quality control, the Company achieves the production capacity for manufacturing of the complete copper and aluminum profile extrusion forming equipment at 160MN and below as well as the relevant accessories at 120MT and below.
The Company has 4 production workshops, including the copper and aluminum profile extruder manufacturing workshop, the metal mold forging workshop, the machining workshop, and the metal heat treatment workshop. At present, it is the professional manufacturer of copper and aluminum profile extruder and supporting accessories with the most complete equipment in Guangdong.
Foshan Nanhai huanan Forging Metal Structure Co., Ltd. was formally established at Songgang Town, Nanhai District, Foshan, with a forging workshop manufacturing the accessories of the aluminum profile extruder.
The machining workshop was set up, with the largest 5M vertical lathe and 250 boring lathe in Guangdong at that time, in addition to 5 vertical lathes, 20 horizontal lathes, 6 boring lathes and 6 drilling machines, of which the largest machine can manufacture the parts and accessories of 10000T aluminum profile extruder.
The heat treatment workshop was set up, by which the Company was able to provide the one-stop services including billet forging, machining, and heat treatment, so as to guarantee the quality of the parts.
The extruder workshop was setup; after 10 years of experience accumulation, the Company began to manufacture the finished product extruder independently.
Enping Nanhai huanan Forging Metal Structure Co., Ltd. was established in Enping, Jiangmen, with an investment of RMB 160 million Yuan, and covering an area of 80 acres. In the workshop with the floor area of 30,000m2, there are digital turning, boring, milling, drilling lathes and other machining equipment.
HUANAN HEAVY INDUSTRY manufactured a 7500T extruder for Guangdong Fenglu Aluminium Industry, which is the largest one manufactured by the private enterprises in Guangdong, and identified as the first set in Guangdong.
